As a medical practice with multiple locations we required a Cisco Engineer to help us setup and manage our Cisco ASA 5505 Firewalls between our offices. The setup required complex VPN connections between multi sites and hospitals so we can access our patient data and print scripts, schedules, etc. Their Cisco Engineers were more than capable of our initial setup and the on-going support to manage any changes necessary to meet HIPPA compliance.
