The thought of being mobile and still providing quality of service is our #1 goal. Customers no longer have to leave a voicemail wondering if their call will be returned. They can now leave a message and the message is sent to my outlook inbox and/or smart phone as an email with an audio attachment that I can retrieve and respond to on the fly. This feature keeps us in constant contact with our customers. Many times our customers need supplies or service and can’t wait till our next visit so these new features help us provide the quality of service that we built our business on and will continue to both now and in the future. Through this technology advancement we have been able to significantly reduce our telephone cost; which makes us most excited.
