Looking to replace our current IT person in 2017, we decided to outsource all our IT needs to reduce our overall IT costs. We looked to I.T. Service Corporation based on their current testimonials and experience they displayed when they performed an initial audit of our network performance. They quickly provided us a proposal to manage and maintain our network at a reasonable cost. Currently, they manage our help desk support for all our network items and maintain our daily local and cloud backups which are critical to our practice. They implemented a disaster recovery plan through Microsoft Azure services to allow us to recover critical files that have been accidently deleted within our practice software as the software is unable to do this natively.
